Since ages women have not be given a proper place in Indian Social system, so there is a long history of exploitation they suffered from. Therefore the social thinkers came out with many practical policies to give proper right to women to exist respectfully. Indian government has always implemended policy to give strength to women in all fields of life. When the women came out and became working women then they faced other problems of proper adjustment with the male workers to protect them from such harassment. Government asked every institution to have women cell, so that they might get proper protection within the institution itself. Our college being a co-educational institution has a women cell / Anti Harassment cell, so that female staff may feel safe and protected at the workplace.
