The Department of Teacher Education which was formerly providing degree as B.T (but now leading to B.Ed. degree) was established in the year 1960 with affiliation to Agra University. The Department is proud of availing the services and guidance of former worthy and noble faculty members namely Shri J.C. Goyal, C.S. Aron, B.K. Jain, S.B.L. Bhatnagar, Dr. G.D. Harit, and Dr. C. S. Shukla etc. Recently, as per Regulations-2014 NRC- NCTE issued the revised Recognition Order to Vardhaman College for conducting B.Ed. programme of two years duration with an annual intake of 50 students (One Unit) from the academic session 2015-16. The Department is having an honour of 100% pass out result for the last decade. Most of our Students are well placed in Educational and Administration Sectors. Since its establishment year till now, department is continuously engaged in providing qualitative teacher education. Entire faculty members are dedicated and committed towards shaping, forming and moulding the pupil teachers to be beacons of light in our society.
