Introduction
Vardhaman Fitness Centre is located in the college campus attached with department of physical education & sports .The centre is equipped with sports and recreational fitness facility featuring: multi gym, cardio equipments, free weights, manual treadmill, exercise bike, abs exercise bench, plyometerics platform, yoga mats, swiss balls e.t.c.. Our outdoor facilities include a huge multipurpose field, basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court, kabaddi field, kho-kho field and hockey field. The centre is staffed with certified sports conditioning specialists have years of experience in training and conditioning. Vardhaman Sports and Fitness Centre provides students/athletes an international sports training experience, be it the ambience, equipment or the training methods itself.

Success with BFS Programs
The BFS sports training programs are a systematic series of supervised training protocols and sports-specific exercises designed to safely enhance the physical performance of athletes of all levels of interest. These unique protocols are developed to improve overall athletic performance and specifically target improvements in Acceleration and sprint using proven scientific training protocols
This program combined with sports specific training will bring about dynamic changes in the athletes.

Weight & Resistance Training
The Weight and Resistance training programs targeted to specific muscle groups to build power and explosive strength is a must in todays athletic world.
Plyometrics
The Plyometrics program is designed to help you to improve your power, quickness, coordination, core stability balance and awareness of your body position though multidirectional exercises.
Ground- Based Training
The training protocol follows a systematic progression of exercises that proceeds from basic balance and movement skills, through advanced running, sprinting, jumping and multidirectional skills. It can also be tailored to an athlete individual sport.
Running
Completing the running program on the tread mill or the sports field helps athletes to achieve increased maximum sprint speed, anaerobic endurance, improved sprinting biomechanics, increased aerobic base for long distance running, increased body balance and awareness, improved body composition and enhanced self esteem, and all these factors contribute to speed, endurance and overall athletic success.
BFS training program provides specific time intervals; inclination angles and speed to develop proper techniques in running because these components are the major factors to develop "running faster, stride length and stride frequency".
